In order to further improve the quality of tunnel lining and solve the construction problems of informationized lining cart, Wuxin Equipment took the lead in launching the first self-developed fully computerized lining cart in China. The computerized lining cart has the advantages of automatic pouring and vibration during the whole process and real-time supervision during the whole process, which is applicable to the lining construction of all kinds of highways, railroads, water conservancy and hydropower tunnels and tunnels. The computerized digital pouring lining trolley mainly consists of C5 digital intelligent lining cart, visualized blocking mould, rotary arm type fabric system, 360 periscope type pouring device, computerized pouring control system, intelligent vibration system, intelligent site monitoring system, intelligent cockpit and so on.
Modeling
Turn on the power, remotely operate the self-laying track system of the dolly to transport the track to the designated position, and move the digital pouring lining trolley to the lining position. Operate the molding cylinder in the intelligent cockpit to ensure that the positioning of the bogie meets the requirements of the tunnel and completes the molding. Completes the positioning of the ring and longitudinal soft lap and installs the visualization blocking device.
Preparation for pouring
Turn on the full computerized pouring control system, set the lining thickness, pouring height, trailing pump parameters, vibration parameters and other data, the system automatically plans the pouring path, and at the same time completes the automatic pipe testing and pipe wetting work.
Start pouring
According to the planning path of pouring, according to the first, second, third and fourth layer of the feeding window in order to complete the left, right and longitudinal feeding port layer by layer and window by window pouring. When the detected concrete pouring height reaches the set height above the attached vibrator, the attached vibrator is automatically turned on for vibration. According to the detected concrete height data, the cart completes the automatic traveling, cleaning and pipe pairing of the fabricator in turn.
Pouring of the arch
Adopting 360 periscope pouring device, the pouring direction of concrete is controlled by the expansion and rotation of the pouring spout to complete the pouring of the vault. When the concrete is poured, the inserted vibrating system carries out automatic vibration, and after the inserted vibrator finishes vibration, the attached vibrator carries out vibration according to the preset parameters. When the arch top pressure sensor has pressure information value and square volume statistical value warning, the system prompts that the pouring of this mold is about to be completed, and the stopping of pouring is confirmed by observing the blocking end.
The smart site monitoring system monitors the pouring process in real time, transmits construction images and data through 5G network, and warns of pouring abnormality in real time. The system can output pouring quality evaluation report, pouring uniformity, cold seam probability, cavity probability and other quality data to provide reference for construction decision-making.
The fully computerized lining cart realizes fully automatic placing and vibration by presetting the pouring parameters, which reduces the human factor in the pouring process, realizes standardized construction and improves the quality of concrete pouring.
