Tonggang Avenue project by the city's state-owned enterprises, Shenzhen high-speed construction, is located in Shenzhen-Shantou ecological environment and science and technology industrial park on the west side of the beginning of the Red Sea Avenue, the end of the Shenzhen-Shantou Boulevard, a total length of about 10.6 kilometres, according to the standard construction of bidirectional 8-lane design speed of 60 kilometres, with a total investment of about 3.7 billion yuan.
