Highland Railway 100-people observation meeting! Wuxin double-curved arm rock drilling rig became the highlight of the site

On the morning of 16 September, Highland Railway Sichuan Co., Ltd. held a pilot demonstration project in September 2022 to create acceptance and on-site observation. Sichuan section of the construction command and construction, design, supervision units and other industry nearly a hundred "big names" on-site observation of the five new double-curved arm rock drilling trolley in the 16th China Railway Bureau Ying Jinshan 1 tunnel application.

Highland railway is the railway project with the most complicated terrain and geological conditions and the most difficult construction in the world. Yingjinshan Tunnel No.1 is about 18120m long, with complex geology, faults, water and mud surges, harmful gases, large deformations and other adverse geological concentrations, and is a Class I high-risk tunnel, whose harsh conditions have put forward higher requirements for tunnel construction equipment.

The first thing to do is to make the best use of the tools. In view of the difficulty of the tunnel and the tight schedule, China Railway 16 Bureau introduced five new double-curved arm rock drilling trolleys for the construction of the tunnel.

Wuxin Double Curved Arm Rock Drill Trolley adopts the first curved arm structure in China, which is a new type of rock drilling tool developed by Wuxin for the mechanised construction of tunnel step method, featuring omnipotence, high efficiency, flexibility, intelligence and other outstanding characteristics, and has been widely used in many tunnels in China.

At the site of No.3 inclined shaft of No.1 Tunnel of Yingjinshan, the five new operators demonstrated the rock drilling situation of the equipment on the spot, and its curved arm structure, remote control operation and other new forms attracted the attention of the leaders and eager discussion.
