1、Drilling and blasting

2、Scaling

With the prying trolley in position, the operator controls the handle and uses the impact hammer to remove the burrs and complete the gang-rocking work.

3、Scrape out the slag

The loader is in place, and the operator controls the boom to lower the bucket, shoveling rocks into the bucket, and then driving to the unloading point to achieve integrated operation of shoveling, loading, transporting, and unloading.

4、Anchor rod support, one machine dual-use, resin pipe joint dual function

The anchor rod trolley is in place, the hanging net arm grabs the anchor net, and presses it against the surrounding rock. The anchor rod arm rock drill is used to drill holes and install the anchor rod into the anchor rod hole. The minimum working section of this equipment is 3.2 × 3.2m, with dual functions of resin anchor rod and pipe seam anchor rod, which can achieve dual use of one machine.

5、Concrete shotcrete support

The shotcrete machine is in place to spray the pre mixed concrete to the design thickness, enhancing the self-supporting capacity of the surrounding rock; The rebound of concrete should be controlled within 10%.
